A hardy band of anglers braved the rain to fish at Sookholme lake, in first place for his second win of the season was Neil Culham catching on pellet waggler and paste

Neil put 79lb on the scales, in second place was Pete Tomlinson who fished short with meat finishing with 66lb, third place went Chris Shaw with 62lb on paste.

Drawn on peg 202 Chris struggled for the first hour and a half watching Clive on peg 200 catch several fish before he caught his first Bream, pole fishing long Chris caught 7 Bream for 23lb, Clive picked up 4 more bream later on and finished with 21lb.Peg 198 produced the 3 rd weight and a section for Gary with 12lb.

Mill Dam produced 3 ton weights

Fish were slow to feed but in some areas but on the right hand left bank fish came through the day, in first place on peg 6 was Horace Smith with 142lb  corn down the margins, in second place was his travel partner Clive Williams who produced a great disply of shallow fishing to put 128lb on the scales from peg 23 third place went to Martin Lacey who caught on dead maggot putting121lb on the scales.
